One of the healthiest and easiest meals you can make is grilled salmon and veggies. Here is an easy recipe that you can whip up on any Florida grill or Florida evening.
1 bunch of fresh dill
Fresh cracked pepper
1-2 lbs of fresh wild caught salmon
Before you get started, be sure and clean your grill with a brush so that no residue can stick to your salmon. Preheat your grill to medium heat and be sure and brush the grill grates with vegetable oil.
Add a dash of salt and pepper to your salmon fillets. Brush your salmon with olive oil, and your fresh dill (just a small amount placed on top) and slice up your lemons on place on top of fish.
Place your salmon fillets directly onto the grill for approximately 3-4 minutes before flipping to the other side and CLOSE the grill. Allow to cook on the other side for 3-4 minutes.
Squeeze any additional lemons directly onto the salmon and add more dill. Serve with a side of veggies or a light summer salad.
